Global Paws is one of the most reputable pet travel companies worldwide and we were the first IPATA member in South Africa.
Our Company owner/director, Dean Emin, serves on the board of IPATA as regional director for Africa and The Middle East providing unparalleled access to all international pet travel developments as they occur.
Dear Toinette and Global Paws Staff,
From the bottom of our hearts we thank you, for the excellent service and advice you gave us. Traveling and moving with your pet can be very stressful but you made everything so easy for us.
Your team is incredible and you guys really get things done. Taiwan could definitely do with a company like Global Paws. I will always recommend your services to all my friends traveling.
Sasha went through a lot in 2 weeks, but now she has a lovely garden and she is so happy. She loves being outside she now has a doggie tan. Her pink little tummy is all dark. So we need to watch her time outside and I guess I will get some doggie sun tan lotion soon.
Thank you, God Bless and be safe in the festive season.
Tanya and family.
Jax has arrived and all went well for the collection. She arrived happy to see me, a little confused perhaps for the first couple of days and slept a fair amount. She has loved her walks every day but is taking a little time to adapt to a smaller home, the cold and the short days. She puts herself to bed at 17h00 which i presume is because of the dark. All in all she appears happy! I am attaching a couple of photos of her first few days here in the UK.
Many thanks for all your help and organisation I would not hesitate to recommend Global Paws to others.
We picked up Comrade from quarantine today. He was SO happy to see Elan and wee`d everywhere in excitement. He is watching a movie wedged between my two boys at the moment and seems to have settled in really well.
Thanks again for all you did to make this possible.
Just wanted to share a pic of the babies today all settled into their new home in Boston. Brady is the black one and Abby is the one on her back.
Words can`t express how grateful we are!!!
Kobe and Abbey have arrived safe and well and will be visiting them tomorrow - now I can stop stressing and start relaxing a little:)
It is a daunting proposition when one has to decide which "agent" to use when immigrating, but my decision to appoint Global Paws was both an easy, and the correct one.
After consulting with several pet agents, it was your friendly manner, pleasant nature and ease of access to talk to you which convinced me that Global Paws was the "One".
One sometimes has to go with one`s "gut instinct", and mine proved to be the correct one, so once again, thank you for all your assistance, guidance, understanding and compassion during this process.
Kobe and Abbey mean the world to us and would have done anything to get them here safely, and you played a key role in assuring that this happened and will strongly recommend your services to anyone who wish to include their pets when immigrating.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful festive season.
Our sincere thanks to you and your team,
Philip & Shelley van de Merwe
They have finally arrived! Kleintjie and Tiny have adapted quite well since we fetched them at the Perth Domestic Airport, after four days at Global Paws in SA and ten days at Eastern Creek Quarantine Station in Sydney Australia.
The staff at Global Paws was very professional throughout the whole process and guided us each step of the way with every intricate detail action that needed to be taken.
I would definitely recommend Global Paws to anyone else that wishes to embark on a similar venture.
A special thanks to you for all your patience, who always assisted us with a smile, without exception when we on many occasions changed our plans and timelines.
Thank you so much
We are all well - thank you very much for all the work you did in getting Olive to Belfast. He arrived safely and is very happy in his new home. Wesley managed to get his side done and let me know this morning that the documentation was approved and will be sending me the originals soon. I will email you photos soon but again I was thrilled with everything you have done and the way you handled all the arrangements.
Thank you again.
An ENORMOUS THANK YOU to Toinette for easing Zigzag into his new country sooo smoothly and easily!!!!He is settling so well and appears to not suffer the jet lag that I do...maybe I must travel via a Global paws next time!!!!!!!!many many thanks Toinette..you were such a STAR!!!!
Zigzag and Holly xxxx
Pixie arrived very safely and she was so happy to see us, as we were to see her. She was tired but has adapted well to her new home. We will definitely send you some pictures of Pixie in her new surroundings.
We cannot say thank you enough for what you have done for us and Pixie, we are all over the moon.
We are so happy with the service provided and will recommend you to anyone who will listen.
Thanks again Marlene.
Paul and Valerie.

Mrs. Heidi Tietz
Dear Colette and Marlene,
I want to thank you for the professionalism that you have demonstrated when you have organized the trip for our 2 cats.
We have given your details to a French family who might contact you and we`ll continue to recommend you !
Thank you so much for having Phudi send to me safe and sound and in excellent condition!
The reunion between us was teary and wagtailling! He is like any other tourist: smell and wants to see everything!
Coming home yesterday he was so happy with fimiliar surroundings: smell of the carpets, furniture etc.
Once again : a huge THANK YOU!
Dear Global Paws,
Thank you so much for all your assistance and helping me a year ago to relocate my little Chihuahua x. It was very scary for me, as I have never done anything like this before. But my little Twiggy was fine and it only took 3 days, and she arrived in Russia.
Russia was a horrible experience for both me and Twiggy. We were situated in a very remote area, and very close to Siberia. Temperatures in winter dropped to minus 20 during the day and up to minus 40 at night time. Twiggy hated it. She is fully house trained and she didn`t want to use the puppy training pads, she insisted on going out for a number 2. Unfortunately after a couple of times i decided it best not to take her out in those temperatures, as the snow, and wind would freeze her little paws within seconds. So she had to learn to go in the house..
After a year we decided Russia is not for us and we had to get back to sunny SA. Unfortunately getting Twiggy home was not as simple as getting her to Russia. We now had to do several blood test, which could not be done where we are situated. Despite the language barrier and with the help of Elsabe and her contact in Moscow we managed to find a lab to do the test. We still had to fly the blood to Moscow, and Russia doesn`t allow you to fly blood cargo, so we had to fly with the blood. Its one of the longest domestic flights as its a 9 hour flight.
Blood tests were all good and we had to fly with Twiggy in the cabin from Sakhalin to Moscow. Twiggy was a bit stressed but she settled on the flight.
We stayed with her in Moscow for 3 days before handing her to the agent. Another 3 days later when all the paperwork was sorted they sent Twiggy to OR Tambo international airport. Unfortunately she had to go into quarantine , and i was not allowed to see her. Elsabe and her team gave me regular updates on her. After 8 days of quarantine I got a call that Twiggy is on her way home!
She was beside herself when she saw me, and didn`t stop whining for at least half an hour. Besides loosing some weight she was in great condition!
Twiggy is a very happy to be back as she has her garden to roam around in and just be a normal dog!
A HUGE thank you to global paws especially Elsabe for all the help and assistance during the last year.
Thank you for all your assistance and professionalism.
Tommy is safe and sound on the other side.
Thank you for your email. Our dogs arrived and everything from the Global paws side was excellent. Your professionalism from day one in how I was handled was excellent. I appreciated you coming back to me quickly and keeping me in the loop with what was happening.
Again, thank you for everything, I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone.
Sorry it`s taken so long to reply had so much going on. I just want to thank you so so much for everything with Layla she`s settled in no problem an wasn`t faised by the flight or the boat when we had to get the boat from Aberdeen to Shetland. I just want to thank you again so so much would recommend you to anyone wanting there baby`s moved. There is a few photos of her all settled in now even had her in the water for the first time ever :)
They have arrived safe and sound.
Tanks again for all your help and expertise. Xxx
The long wait is over and they are enjoying lots of love and cuddles.
I am so relieved to know that he is doing well and he`s in good shape ...
And I do understand your being tempted to take him for you... He`s absolutely a lovely dog and I so look forward to have him with me tomorrow.
Thanks for all your great assistance and follow up, I do apology for having been sometime pushy and maybe rude but a lot of stress went on during the process and, again, your support on the whole arrangement has been extremely valuable.
Thanks for everything , have a nice week end.
Thanks for your email and apologies for my delayed one, but things have been hectic here on this side.
Just to let you know that our two dogs travelled very well and came out tail wagging 4.5 hours after our plane landed, just like you said they would.
All the paperwork was correct and so they were able to be released immediately.
Thanks to you and you team in helping us out during this stressful time.
Your handler who collected them was sensitive and called us just before they went on board.
Thanks again and I would recommend you to anyone who asked me.
John, Pauline, Tiger and Mac.
Thank you so much for your services. Dennis is with me and is perfectly fine. He travelled very well and is as calm as ever.
We are happily reunited again.
Thanks so much Elsabe!
Dogs arrived safe, sound and happy.
Thanks so much for taking such good care of our babies!
Charl & Jani
Well believe it or not, the dogs have settled in brilliantly!!!
Even getting used to walking on leads in the park which is highly foreign to the lol
Once again thank you so much for all your assistance and help, couldn`t of made this happen without you. :-)
Thanks for the excellent service. My cats arrived safe and sound, and have settled in well.
Thank you for excellent service all the way Toinette! It has been fantastic! Speaking of fantastic: Leo is the perfect man for the job he does. What a dog lover! He is wonderful.
I will recommend you to all the members of the group "Swedish Society of South Africa" that I am a part of. Many hundreds of members. You are absolute brilliant!
Just a quick note to let you know that Cleo, Lily & Molly arrived home in Perth last night after their 3 month quarantine period! They are following the sun around this morning so we are assuming they didn`t see too much of it in Auckland! Just wanted to say many thanks for everything you did in terms of organising the cats` journey from the SA side, you went way beyond the call of duty & fixed the unfixable.
Our gratitude & thanks
The Falconer Family
Hope this finds you doing well! Frank & I were thinking of taking a few trips over the next couple of years. Since you all were so good with Peyco, we were wondering if you have boarding services? Or if you could recommend a good one in Pretoria East or close to that. We would even drive to JoBerg if it was with you guys!! We would appreciate any help you could give us. Also, some friends of ours who just hired on with Black & Veatch should be calling or emailing you all soon! They have 2 precious lil` furry boys who they are bringing with them. We referred them to you! Their names are Ross Lord-Dozier and Mark Duncan. We are still in awe at how we found Peyco when he arrived in the van: happy & just acting like he had been on a vacation!! :) He has adjusted well to South Africa. Thanks again for your wonderful service.
Dear Yvette, Bibi and Jacky,
Our babies (Guinness and Bailey) have arrived and are completely settled in their new home in Stellenbosch. Thank you so very much for all of your help and assistance with this process! It was quite difficult to leave the cats with you but after seeing your premises and the way you handle the animals with love and care it was a lot easier. As I mentioned earlier my Dad used your company to move his animals to the Philippines and he recommended you, I will continue to recommend you to anyone I know that is moving.
I am so grateful for you taking the stress of my cats off my hands and reassuring me every step of the way that it would be OK. I cannot describe the excitement I felt when I saw your van pull up at the new house knowing I would be reunited with my cats!
Thank you once again for your EXCELLENT service!
...Moving country is always very stressful, but moving our beloved pets is even more stressful. I did my research before contacting Global Paws, and was undecided as to whether to go with a French Company or a South African one. I received a few quotes but I am so glad I went with Global Paws. Global Paws still understands the meaning of the words, service, clients and communication! Not only that, Global Paws also employs real animal lovers.
I was very anxious when it came for our three dogs, Tops an old Jack Russell of 12 years, Earl a second very anxious young male Jack Russell and Palmira a rescued Lurcher/Greyhound, to be picked up to go off to Charles de Gaulle Airport. I was not sure if they could cope with such a journey especially Palmira who during her first four years of life, knew only human cruelty. A cage for her must conjure up some awful memories. However, when a lovely lady arrived (I really regret not remembering her name) to gently bundle the dogs into their crates and then into the car in such a caring way, I was reassured. Stephanie, from the French export side, was always so patient and kind every time I called with questions to be answered. She was a great help.
Thank you Toinette and Stephanie for your emails, letting me know where the dogs were and how they were doing. I really appreciated being kept up to date, from their departure from our house in France up to their arrival at the Global Paws kennels. At last when the dogs arrived at our new home looking great after their 5 star treatment in kennels, and our family was together again, I could feel relieved that they looked none worse for the wear.
I can certainly recommend Global Paws to those who wish to export their animals to or from South Africa. Thank you a million times, Toinette for such great service. The only part of our move that went smoothly from A to Z was the exporting of our dogs from France to Cape Town.
I thought you may enjoy this picture. Our Yorkies have great fun in the snow. They have adapted beautifully.
Walter Van den Heever
Thank you so much for the excellent arrangements with the dogs!!!!!!!
Please thank JP as well for the professional manner in which he collected and took care of the dogs prior to their flight.
He even phoned me from the airport to give me the assurance that they were fine.
I am sure it is Christine’s best Valentine’s gift ever!!!!!
I can without any doubt recommend your services to anybody wishing to transport their dogs.
Have a great Valentine’s day!!!!!!!!!!!!
We only experienced 1st Class service!
Thanks a million! We are very satisfied. We would recommend you guys to anyone!
Firstly a huge huge huge thank you to you and the entire team at global Paws. Not only was your service professional and efficient but you all truly have a passion and love for both the pets and the family. I will definitely recommend your services.
In saying that my mom is over the moon linky arrived safe and sound and made her grand entrance into her new home with great excitement and lots if kisses. I cannot thank you again you have truly made my mom the happiest she has been since moving over.
Hope you are doing well.
I just wanted to give you a very big thank you for all your valuable guidance through the whole process of getting our 2 fur kids to NZ!
It was such a relief to know that there was someone who knew exactly what to do and who was always available and willing to answer my questions.
Thank you for taking such great care of the doggies those last few days before their flight and keeping me updated on their progress.
Murray and Maya is now happily settled in their new home in NZ and we are so thankful to have them here with us!
All of the best!
Michelle de Klerk
Firstly, I have to tell you that the staff at the quarantine station were raving about how organised the girls paperwork was! They were carrying on about how fantastic the company is that we used :). Also, thank you so much for including copies of their paperwork for me.
The girls are settling in nicely. They are loving the long walks and the parks, but are still trying to eat every big dog that comes near them! Emma wasn`t too happy in quarantine, she lost some weight while there, but seems to have picked up most of it now.
Everything went absolutely wonderfully. We had absolutely no hiccups.
The one thing that I did struggle with was sorting out flights for them after they came out of quarantine, finding how to book it, where to drop them off and collect them (the physical procedure at the airport), it could perhaps be an auxiliary service that Global Paws might like to offer? I am still unemployed if you are looking for an Australian partner to help with that! (seriously)
We would like to thank you for all your help!! Seun is happy being with us but is adjusting with the 2 other dogs he is starting to get excited and almost wants to play with them. So far I know did the traveling went well so we don`t have any complaints!! I know of 2 people who want to bring their dogs back with them and I am going to reccomend you all the way!! I will send you or tag you on Facebook with some photos!!
Once again thank you!!
The Coetzee family
Thank you so much they were great, it was an awesome reunion with their Pappa.
You guys are fantastic together with Snoopy pets the service was better than imagined.
Many thanks will send pics soon.
...Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for getting her here safely, for all your help and for making what would otherwise have been a highly stressful situation, stress free...
I hope you have a fantastic weekend. Wishing you all the very best in the future. Take care.
Elisa and Lily
Thank you Dr Sergio, Karen and Toinette for assisting in reuniting our family in SA - all safe and sound :) Warm regards
Thank you kindly for attending to the clearance of Hugo Boss being the last professional in the chain of service providers. We are most thankful for everything that has been done. Hugo arrived home safe and full of beans yesterday!
Special thanks also to Dr Fiona and to Kylie. Much appreciated!!
sorry for the late replay, the shipping of Mustaffah went all well and I always recommended Global Paws to my colleagues in Lesotho. He is now already one month reunited with me and takes his rounds outside, but he has to fight with another cat in the neighborhood for his territory. And he has to get used now to rain and cold weather while winter is around the corner. I do not have any quality pictures for the moment, maybe later I will post some on your Facebook page.
Thank you so much for arranging the transport of our Ridgeback Puppy from Cape Town. She arrived safely yesterday afternoon at Durban airport, beside being a little quite initial she bounced right back 5 minutes later, ate her belated breakfast and fell fast asleep on the front seat all the way home.
Big relief to know that this puppy service is available and will definitely recommend your company for your excellent service.
Thank you very much for your support and service during this time.
It is highly appreciated!
Thor arrived safely and very happy. Thank you it was an excellend experience with Global paws, fantastic service!
I shall send a pic now!
Just to drop you a line to let you know that Vega arrived safe and relatively unstressed. She is settling in very well.
I again want to thank you & your team for a job very well done.
Good Day Yvette;
I hope this email finds its way to you....I sent you an email to let you know that Maggie arrived safely; maybe it didn`t go through 😜. We are home and Maggie has settled back into our old routine with ease; actually it is as though we never left. She has had some much needed and well deserved play time with her BFF next door.
Those were some nice water dishes that you guys put in her travel taxi 😁. I know you guys have experienced some issues with Delta in the past; but we once again had a great experience with them as she was off loaded and brought to the cargo department with in what seemed like only a few minutes; the cargo department had her paper work to me and sent me to customs to clear her; while they put her in an air conditioned holding room and even gave her water. The whole process probably took less than 30 minutes.
I also have to tell you something funny; the lady sitting next to me on the plane from JNB to Atlanta was a friend of the owners of Snow Pine Kennels; I don`t remember her name, but she used to be a broker for some dog food company. She said my Maggie was in great hands......I told her I knew she was. Such a small world. Yvette I can`t thank you or the rest of the crew for all that you have done for me and Maggie. I am retiring my passport as well as Maggie`s travel taxi for a very long long time; but will still be keeping in touch. If ever you need some help on this end of the world please let me know.
Kindest Regards and Much Love to All of You,
Malissa and Maggie Brown
After a very long trip and a huge fight at Yuhzno i got my little Twiggy!
She is doing well a little bit grumpy and doesnt want to leave my side but thats understandable.
Thank you for all the help and support with my little Twiggy.
I must just tell you that they didnt want to give Twiggy to me at Yuhzno and wanted documents, they couldnt tell me what documents they need, and after almost 2 hours said they wanted a bribe and will then release her! I was furious.... Luckily we took the guys name and my husband has a lot of contacts in the police this side, so they will sort it out!
Im just happy i have my baby back!
Thank you so much!!
Ah you are an angel above all other angels - service form Global Paws (which is really you as you are the only I`ve dealt with) has been incredible!
I brought Lammington home today - she seemed a bit timid at first but then the volume turned up the longer we were in the car ;-)
She wondered around at first, sniffing everything and trying to find under every piece of furniture.
Ten she had a long drink, some pellets and sat looking out the window watching her new town. She found the catnip and seemed to really settle down - I even got a purr after some good hugs!
After dinner she has settled under the duvet to have a nice cat nap.
Thank you so much to you and your whole team. She came back to me in perfect condition and seems perfectly fine after 2 months in kennels and a long flight. Just seems a little underwhlemed by her new house! (no garden) which tells me she had a very relaxing and happy time with Global Paws.
The biggest thank you and hugs again
You are a star!
Lammington`s Mom - Natasha
Hope you are all well. It`s just a week short of 3 months that Clark and Leo have been with us in Canada. They are enjoying it, especially their walks at night. We have to get a lot of walking in before winter arrives.
Once again, thank you to all at Global Paws for getting our boys here safely. You guys were amazing.
Here are some photos of them in their new house.
I`m pleased to say that everything went off well and the cats and Becky all arrived safe and sound. Thanks for your help. I`ve attached a photo of Becky fishing for stones in the River Kent in the north of England.
They both arrived safely and to my surprise were totally livid. They rushed out of their boxes and discovered the whole flat. They didn’t want to sit still. I am still exhausted from yesterday, they made me totally nervous
I want to say thank you, I didn’t expect them to look so good and healthy. There is nothing wrong with them and I think they had a good stay at the cattery although I was a bit worried about it.
Everything went well at the airport. The pity was that they only opened their office at 8.00am and we were there at 7.00 already but then the process took around 30min and the cats were out.
I guess it is important to know for other customers that they must pay another 360CHF (which is a lot!) at the airport. I wasn’t aware of it as it is not stated on any homepage and the people I talked to told me a wrong amount but luckily I took enough money with just in case.
I must say that your service was always super especially as I was such a worried customer. I guess you now also learnt something new about the destination “Switzerland” and now we know that they are rather strict about their rabbies vaccination and blood tests. I will try to take a picture of the 4 of us and send it to you for your site. I guess good service must be promoted!
I say a big thank you to you and your team as well as to the cattery.
Was nice working with you, enjoy your day!
...I would just like to say thank you very very much! :) You guys are awesome! I have been happily reunited with my furry friends thank you so much! They travelled happily and are adapting perfectly to their new home! You guys did an absolutely perfect job! I will definitely use you guys for my next move! And I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone requiring pet traveling arrangements!
Thanks so much again Yvette! I greatly greatly appreciate all you have done for my pets!
Dear Bibi , Charlene , Elsabe and the Team at Global Paws.
I would like to extend my deepest and sincerest gratitude for everything that you have done to get our pup transported from JHB to Cape Town. He traveled extremely well , didnt even need to urinate or pass faeces and he was a well adjusted little pup when we first made contact with him , this serves to confirm that the handeling process by Global Paws has been impecable. Not only am I truy impressed by the actual transport but Every step of the way I was updated since making contact with Bibi, then dealing with Charlene (who also rushed things along and finally Elsabe who kindly and so efficiently kept me informed and updated.
As a Veterinarian practicing in South Africa , I deal with a number of clients emigrating and returning and I have always referred my clients to Global Paws for their pet transport needs. On this occasion I have had the oppurtunity to see first hand how truly warm , friendly and wonderfully professional your services are. And also the wonderfully competative rates ( the concession was warmly appreciated, Thank you.)
Big Thank you to Gobal Paws and exceptional service. Thumbs up from Cape Animal Medical Centre and Diep River veterinary Consulting Rooms in Cape Town. and a most impressed vet and client. I will continue to refer clients to Global Paws without a doubt!
Dr Z Akoojee BVSc, Cape Animal Medical Centre
Many thanks for your help. The pets arrived in Frankfurt as planned and they were in good shape. Petair (Vineet) were very helpful and we drove up through Germany and Denmark to reach Sweden. Vineet`s and your paper work was fine when we reached the Swedish border and were checked by customs. All the animals are now settled in Sweden.
Again, many thanks!
Just a HUGE thank you for our help with Molly`s transportation. We are so grateful to you and JP for everything. She is happy as Larry, already comfortable on the couch in the UK, loving being with her Daddy.
I will be forever indebted to you for your kind-hearted assistance. And shall recommend you to everyone I speak to without hesitation.
Take care & be blessed xxx
First I want to thank you personally in helping us step by step getting our little one her safely! we were so nerves having our little pup transported, scared if she would be safe, if we chose the right company and the list goes on. But you & the rest of the team at Global Paws made it such an easy & pleasant experience for us from day1!
We are truly grateful!
GLOBAL PAWS is the ONLY company YOU should use when you need transport for your pets!
I will vouch for that any day!
Chantel du plessis & Wayne Lategan
Thank you for the mail. My pets have arrived safely in Hermanus. I would like to thank you for the amazing service.
We have had a very positive and professional experience with Global Paws. I was so worried about their safety and that they would be too stressed out, but the dog handlers were great!
Thanks again for ensuring their wellbeing and safety!
Cameron has settled in well and didn`t seem to traumatised from her flight down. Your service from beginning to end was the best have ever had. Really did appreciate all the sms` and calls.
Once again many thanks for everything.
Austin - the dog, travelled from USA to Lesotho.
Thank you for writing, our travel to our home in Lesotho went without a hitch. Both South Africa and Lesotho asked for Austin`s papers, but seeing that everything was in order, allowed us to pass without any problems. We are settling into our new home and Austin loves his HUGE yard! We will send a picture shortly...for now we are still unwinding and unpacking. We couldn`t be happier that Austin was able to come to Africa with us and thank you for assisting us in the process! Have a great day!
ZULU & BELA; the two dogs travelled to New Zealand!!!
Now that the stress is over & the dogs are settled in (somewhat), I just wanted to say a really BIG THANK YOU to you for all your assistance over the past year (almost) that it`s taken us to get our visa`s & get the dogs out in good health & with all 4 legs in working order, etc.
I know we had some issues around information & tests, but I did later discover that the vet I was using (Halfway House Vet Clinic) was very disorganized - they would`ve had me driving all over Pretoria for test results that were delivered directly to them & towards the end, I had to fight with them for the Leptospirosis tests....
I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Global Paws. However, it might be good to "partner" with competent & knowledgeable vets in areas around Joburg to make the process much smoother for the owners - that would be a HUGE HELP if you could suggest vets in various areas who understand the relocation process. It would be a godsend.
Again, THANK YOU. Can`t wait to see my babies again & start our new life, doing walkies on the beach.
Take care of you & yours.
Thanks Jacqui. I just want to say how impressed I have been with your service so far. It means so much to me that you and your company understand how important these little guys are to me and won`t just treat them as "cargo." Even though their journey will be a very stressful time for me I know I will feel a whole lot better knowing they are being looked after by Global Paws.
Have a lovely evening.
Two dogs: Clark & Leo travelled from Johannesburg to Calgary.
I would like to thank you and your team for such a profesional performance and affitude to you work.
You very seldom experience such excelence in todays world.
We tracked all of the second flight and the countdown, when the plane landed we both cheered.
During the short time of a few weeks Clark and Leo stayed with us we were sad to see them go as we becane very attached to both of them

Clark and Leo arriving in Calgary. Click the YouTube link to see more http://youtu.be/53nMHVbjs7E
Thank you for your mail. Clark and Leo seem to be a bit more settled today. They are thoroughly enjoying the long walks that we are taking them on. I think they were suffering a bit from jet lag (if dogs can suffer from it) as they were sleeping a lot today as well as I think they might have also been slightly dehydrated from the flight as they were drinking plenty of water today. I know that I always drink quite a bit of water following a flight!
I would like to thank you and everybody who was involved in the moving of our boys. I found you all to be very professional and very caring about your precious cargo!!! I would recommend you to anybody!!!!
Once again Elsabe, thank you for all that you did to get our boys here safely. We do appreciate it.
John & Sandy Marsh

Bonnie van Vuuren
Three huskies travelled from Cape Town to Brazil.
Thank you so much for arranging the dogs travel.
They arrived safely and seemed very relaxed. It took them less than half an hour to get settled in their new home. As soon as they saw Nick, my husband, and their beds they new they were home. After a quick meal they were all asleep and dreaming
I would definitely recommend yourself and GlobalPaws to any prospective clients. There is no ways that one could manage this alone – they bureaucracy here is quite something else. But with you guys it all ran like clockwork. You were very patient and understand with me and I really appreciate it. It set me at ease.
As soon as I have some pics I will definitely send them along.
Two dogs: Alley & Finnley travelled from Dubai to Cape Town
Thank you so much to you and the team at Global Paws for handling our precious cargo with such care. They are safely reunited with us and does not seem to have skipped a beat. Your understanding that our furry kids are important members of our family made the move a bit less traumatic although it is always stressful to leave them for any period of time. They went through quarantine without any scars and are loving the beach and time out. I am attaching a few pics of them.
Once again our sincerest thanx,

Cat: Charlie travelled from Johannesbug to China.
I just want to say a big thank you for taking such good care of Charlie!
He has just arrived to his new home in Shanghai, he is checking out all the new smells and exploring! I am so happy to have him back with me!
Both of you have made Charlie`s relocation a stress free experience, you have taken care of my Charlie like he was your pet, and for that I will be forever grateful! I would highly recommend your service for anyone relocating their pet!
I hope you have a Purrrrrfect (from Charlie), you have made my day perfect as well!
From Charlie and me, a great big thank you!
Two doggies - Sasha & Ching travelled from Malawi to Phillipines.
A very big "thank you" especially to you and the Global Paws team for a fantastic job that you all did to get our animals to Manila for us, on Thursday night. It certainly was a "mission" but both you and Micki persevered and it all went off very well - we are very appreciative and thankful for that. Well done !!
The animals arrived on time in Manila and Naty/Ernesto`s team sprung into action. They let me in to see the animals who were absolutely delighted to see me, as I was to see them!! All docs were in order, no delays and I took them out of the boxes and then into the car.
The dogs slept at "Better Dog" in Manila. Tina and her husband, Jojo, were there to meet us all - what a fantastic couple. They stayed open especially for me ( we got there at about 11 pm!) and showed me their kennels - seperate compartments about 6 metres x 3 metres in a huge room, fully air-conned and spotlessly clean. The dogs shared a compartment and were fed and watered - everyone was happy! Very highly recommended. Cost for the night was $40 for both.
I stayed at the "Ascot Hotel" in Manila, as they have a room where you can put your animal there for the night. Poor old "Ching" drew the short straw !!! The aircon barely worked, the room had a cork mat floor and that was it - nothing else. Luckily I had food, water, bowls, blanket with me. They didn`t charge me as I complained bitterly
- definitely NOT reccommended.
I`m sure the above is of interest to you for future clients...
Ernesto/Naty and their team did a fantastic job, as well - highly commendable.
Thanks so much for getting our pets to us in good time and also in good condition - job very well done!
Two doggies - Wickets and Tug travelled to Scotland .
The dogs have settled in really well, we have had no problems, the trip seemed to have gone well, we were only expecting them on the Friday but got a huge surprise at 8o.clock on Thursday evening when there was a knock at the door and the guy said Mrs Mcguire I have your dogs, as you can imagine there was a lot of excitment, it was a long 10 weeks!
I posted a photo of the dogs on Global Paws Facebook page, all that`s left is to thank all at Global Paws for all the help with all the documents and other things and making it stress free, thanks again and wishing you a pawssome day!
William Mc Guire
2 cats, Boots and Monty that went to London Heathrow last week.
Thank you so much for all you have done for my cats - they are now safely here, in very good health and happy. I am happy to recommend you without reservation for your efficiency and understanding of the worries of us silly pet owners!!!
Angel Lola travelled from Durban - Johannesburg - London
A BIG THANK YOU!
I would like to thank you for all your assistance in helping me to bring my pet safely over to the UK.
...I would like to extend my appreciation for being available to me in the middle of the night and assisting me throughout the process; re-scheduling flight dates, forwarding documentation, advising as well as assisting me during the time of my journey to make shure everything goes according to plan.
Also thank you for going through the trouble of forwarding my pet`s documentation to the ARC at Heathrow to check if everything is in order before I departed-it gave me great peace of mind and made my journey stressfree.
I picked Lolly up from the animal reception area at Heathrow international airport and received her in good condition (and very excited to see me!) about 4 hours after my and her arrival as you had advised.
Angel Lola is adapting very well in her new environment-only just too happy to be re-united with her mommy...
Lastly I would like to comment on your request of possible factors which could be improved upon:
It might be a good Idea to advise clients who wish to rain in the country of destination that they would need to transfer their peys documents to a PETS passport within 4 months of arrival or before any re-innoculations are due, as I was advised by the animal reception area staff at Heathrow. My pet`s rabies booster is for instance already due in July. If I was not advises od the matter I would have missed out on the opportunity to transfer the documentation on time. Perhaps it is not as complicated, however I thought still worth mentioning.
I emailed PETS as to what is required, and will forward the docummentation once received for your possible interest.
THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING. I WILL SURELY REFER OTHER POSSIBLE CLIENTS TO GLOBAL PAWS.
Maggie travelled from JNB to Canada
Thank you for your message. Maggie arrived well. From what my son Wayne tells me everything went well on his side. Maggie ate well when she arrived which is a good sign as she will not eat if she is unhappy. The doggie Hotel in Amsterdam wrote on her cage "Sweet Dog" so it seems as if thing went well there. I must comend your dog handler that came to collect Maggie, he really had a way with her and got her into the crate with out too much fuss.
Thank you once again
Pets travelled to USA, Washington.
Pets arrived safe and sound, great care and attention by all through this process. Thank you Elsabe and all at Global Paws, Thanks Tom at Animailers. Would have no hestiation in recommending both companies for ant pet travel.
Mary and Mike Harrigan
Clien`s doggies travelled from Cape Town to the UK.
Pur kids are home safely - thank you so so much for everything! I will send you a few pics of them at home :)
Thanks again for looking after them so well xx
Client`s two dogs travelled from Cape Town to Dar Es Salaam.
Yes everything went smoothly thank you.
...Thanks for all your help.
The dogs are fine, getting settled, just very hot here so they will need to get used to that.
Monty travelled from CPT to Canada.
Monty arrived on Friday and was well taken care of.
Thank you very much for the note placed on his box which was very precise.
I will certainly recommend your company to any South African intending to ship the pets abroad.
Cindy and Tammy travelled to Mauritius!
Thank you very much they did arrive save yesterday.
I think it was a stressful time for them but after the clearance we could see them for a while
Everything went smoothly just to THANK all the crew that were involved a warm thank you to the clearance agents they were wonderful friendly and supported us and our darlings with great care.
I also want to say thank you very much to all my vets that did most of the work if it wasn`t for them I do not think everything would have gone so quickly and smoothly - YOUR ARE ALL GREAT!!!!!!!
Mogz settled in his new surroundings and completely at home now, thank you so much for making this possible.
Thanks so much for checking in and everything went very well. The handler Donovan who made the delivery was very good and professional and Kima arrived in good spirits without showing very much stress from her long journey. I know that my family was impressed with Nathan as well who picked up Kima in California.
We didn`t encounter any regularities, the delivery was exactly on time and Kima seems happy. Thank you so much for your hard work on the account, and I will be sure to send along some photos soon.
Thanks for all your help, we`re so relieved to have them reunited with us.
We are very impressed with the professional service Global Paws offers. We will definitely refer you to people wanting to relocate their animals.
Angela and Scott
I can confirm that Max arrived safe and sound and has adapted well to his new surroundings.
Thanks again for the professional and reliable service.
Just dropping you a quick note to say thanks for getting Lucy safely to us in the US. I picked her up on Friday morning from Atlanta. I must say that the process was seamless and very professional - Thank you. Delta was also very good on this end and I was able to get her out of there warehouse very quickly once I had cleared customs (BTW - they only open at 8 am in Atlanta).
I would definitely recommend you guys for this service.
Just wanted to email and thank you guys for the smoothest of moves. Cartman landed in Jhb safe and sound and is as happy as always.
Your service is great! Thank you!!
We have arrived safely in Kansas City and my babies are fantastic. Thank you Yvette for everything you did for us I can’t begin to express my gratitude for your kindness and hand holding through this move. My biggest stress was moving my babies and you made it the simplest part.
I promise to send photos of my babies ASAP. I have to say the snow was a big shock for them J but they are settling in just fine.
We collected the pets from the kennels on Friday 8th February.
They were of course very happy to see us and are now happily settled in our new home.
I want to say thank you for taking such good care of them after their trip fom Panama, it was a pleasure to deal with such a caring organization.
Clive and Franci Kingston
Just a quick email to thank you for all your help with Jake, arrived safely yesterday and has had 2 walks ,loads to eat and drink and a good rest, let the fun begin.
Thanks again Nicola xxxx
Everything went smoothly thanks to you all, including JP, and apart from Bertie`s jetlag (he falls over asleep all the time!) he is fine. He also fell in the pool first morning here (see piccie)!
All the very best,
All went well and Mocca and I safely arrived in Germany.
Mocca is doing very good and enjoyed the first time seeing snow.
Thank you for the excellent service!
All the best and take care
Thanks for your email. Biscuit and Noodle arrived safely yesterday morning and we were all very happy to be reunited as I’ve been in the UK for 14 weeks and have missed my hounds dreadfully.
Thank you SO much for sorting out the paperwork issues with Dr Kiyandi and the Danish Vet Institute – that really is above and beyond the call of duty and we do really appreciate it.
I have posted a picture of Biscuit and Noodle (in the car on the way home) to your Facebook page, but have attached it here if you would like to use it further. I have also attached a picture of Noodle making herself comfortable on the hearth, presumably waiting for us to light the fire. It is pretty cold here in the UK (2 degrees yesterday) so very different to the sunshine in Joburg!
Thanks again to you and the team for all your help
The new parents are over the moon!!!
Apache is in good cheer and loving his new home…
Many thanks your excellent service and professionalism is commended.
Both arrived safe and well and EXTREMELY happy to be with their family again albeit in new and drastically colder surroundings! They’ve immediately taken to this new concept of being walked several times a day although the need for stricter bladder control is still taking some adjusting! A small garden, cold and drizzle is soon forgotten when a cat, squirrel or fox crosses their path!
Thank you so much for taking such excellent care.
We’ll get some photos of them in their new winter coats and send them over
...I have to say that Global Paws has been most efficient in handling my animals - I thank you and Jaqui very much. Added to this is Stuart at Manica. He was also a super star and seems to handle most of the animals that leave here. Unfortunately, Obet of Stuttafords` service left a lot to be desired.
I will let you know when they arrive in Manila - Perry is very excited to receive them.
Thank you so much once again. You are a super star.
BEST NEWS EVER!!!!!
Thank you very much. great organisation, efficient work, great communication, so freindly. Can`t believe I found you!!
I would just like to thank you for all your kind care and assistance in getting Jaydee to the UK safely and sound!!! You guys really do a sterling job and offer five star service.
You really were wonderful! Thank you
Jaydee seems to have settles in well and being spoilt by all!!! He is getting used to the snow and has a nice new coat!
There is nothing I could fault your company on at all!
One little thing we found was the poor wee man lost his little voice properly howled the whole flight!!!
Thanks, all went well and the dogs arrived safely in Dar es Salaam. There did not show any sign of stress and were just happy to see us again. There were no remarkable difficulties just that it is advisable to arrange all necessary paperwork in advance, especially when the plane arrives in the evening (our plane arrived at 7pm). I did not have time to take any pictures yet but will send some once we all have found our feet (or paws) here.
Thanks for your help!
...It seems Tigger didn`t get to much stress by his journey, it looks like he is already get used to his new home, we can even say that he looks more playful than before. I wanted to send you a picture of him in snow, but the first time he seen it, he just hissed then ran away under a blanket.
I also wanted to thank you again for everything you made. As i told you I was getting stress on the paperwork because i know that sometime custom can be difficult but everything went very well. The veterinary service in Zurich were very satisfied with all the paper which were prepared in Cape Town (all the check went through in only few minutes).
Thank you so much!
I have just collected Oscar from the airport, he seems fine and happy. We
are in a cab now, hopefully he will settle well at home.
A big thank you for all you have done over the past few months. I really
appreciate all your advice and support!
Oscar`s first experience of snow in our garden in London! He definitely
prefers being inside with the central heating on!
I would like to THANK all three of you for making ATTALA’s (now DEXTER) journey so pleasant and so happy!
Dexter arrived safely on the 19th , and thanks so GLOBAL PAWS efficiency and professional service he was looked after by them until we got him on the 24th December. What a wonderful Xmas present! THANKYOU GLOBAL PAWS ..you are the best, so caring so helpful so amazing!
Eddie and Steve, thanks for all your assistance in making sure that Dexter arrived before xmas and all your help with the payment process etc…
YOU GUYS ARE THE GREATEST!
Dexter was welcomed into the family by myself, Kerry my partner and our two bulldogs Winston and Britney.
He immediately felt at home and you are so right! He is so alert, curious and adventurous and very entertaining!
He has bonded with our male bulldog Winston like its his dad!
Dexter is the most gorgeous precious little guy ever! We just love him so much and we cherish all his little ways! He is already potty trained without no hassle, very obedient and very clever1
The new now is that he loves gardening…..especially the vegetable patch and every day we have a surprise tomato in or house! How cute!
Dexter is truly an amazing dog, good breeding and a BLESSING to us.!
We love the French Bulldog nature, and we will surely get another in future with you!
THANKYOU SO MUCH!
Love and hugs
Helena, Kerry, Winston, Britney and Baby Dexter!
Ps….I am sending a couple of pics on different emails! See how cute he is!
Helena, Kerry, Winston, Britney and Baby Dexter!
Thank you so much for the email.
My babies arrived safe and sound thank you very much! :-)
The only mishap we did exeperience is that the leashes and Jessie`s medication was removed from the box in Johannesburg. I did contact the gentleman who delivered my dogs and he has gone out of his way to track down the meds and leashes and I also received a call from your Cape Town office stating that they have found the stuff and will have it flown in and delivered to our home!!!
I am most impressed with your service, thank you so much for all that you did to get my two very old babies back home! We are thrilled to be all together again!
I will send some pics of them over the next few days.
Thanks again for everything!
Happy 2013 to you and all at Global Paws bayou guys are soooooo awesome and really calm and assuring and good at what you do.
Words cannot express or say enough thank you`s for helping us sort Trixy and bring her home to roost!!! Pet Haven were really great too!! Trixy travelled well, she was quite distraught with the `Big Trek` but that is her personality, slightly fragile...
On behalf of the Teixeira family and Trixy - 10 000 big thank you`s and hugs and kisses.
My husband and i can not thank you enough for all your help, understanding and patients, in assisting us with our move. All the fur babies arrived in good health, a little dehydrated and shaken but they were all very pleased to see us. It took two days for them to acclimatize to the intense heat and the difference in food flavors but they are back to their old selves. Here are them lounging around happy as Larry.
Thank you so much again, we are one big happy family again.
Claire and James Meeking
Just wanted to say a very big THANK YOU to you and your staff for making Toffee and Peanut`s relocation to Dubai so easy and stress-free. They arrived last Sunday very relaxed and happy to see us. They have settled in well and are enjoying their new surroundings.
Their municipality tags arrived promptly so they are now officially Dubai residents.
We would have no hesitation in recommending your services to other families relocating their pets.
Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year.
To Elsabe and JP and all you other wonderful people.
Bell arrived in great form, wagging her tail at all the attention she was receiving. She travelled very well, was inquisitive, interested in all that was going on around her and just seemed to take it all in her stride. There were no hitches, thanks goodness on this side regarding her two chips. They were able to read the first chip very easily.
We had an hours trip by car into London and she and I went to sleep for a couple of hours. She has had an hours walk to fetch my grnaddaughter from school, sniffing all the new smells along the way and managing to leave her mark twice along the route. She is very tired this evening but over the weekend I will take a few photos of her and send them to you.
Thankyou for a wonderful job done. It is a major adventure when one does it for the first time both for her and myself. In your capable hands we are safely insconced at our destination and recovering from the lack of sleep.
Thanks to all of you. Photos to follow.
Lots of love
We would like to thank you for looking after our cat Misty, we found your service to be excellent and all seems to be well. We really appreciated you keeping us informed at all stages of her journey, and the Durban connection as well. She was very happy to be reunited with us and is settling in nicely.
Wendy & Athol Mallen
Sisi arrived well and it appears she was very well looked after.
Thank you for everything and I would definitely recommend Global Paws to anyone I know who would need to relocate their pets.
Mayan, JB and Sisi
Hi there. I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone we dealt with at global paws in getting our 3 mutts down to cape town and back. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you guys and your great attitude in sorting our travel out was amazing. Even though we weren’t exactly immigrating, you guys really took a lot of stress out of very hectic period for my wife and I. Please also extend our appreciation to the JP brothers in both cities for their care and promptness in picking the dogs up and dropping them off – as well as the mms’s of the dogs safely in their containers waiting at cargo. You are all running a great professional service and it really is the little touches and personal interest that makes you stand out.
Thank you Elsabe and Bibi for the professional way you handled the process with the dog family!
We will surely recommend the services to all our friends who needs it!
Milo is happily settled with us in his new country and home. I want to again thank you for an excellent service from day one with all the questions, worries and direction you helped us with. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you and Global Paws. I`m very pleased by the professional manner all things were dealt with. I also want to congratulate Kunle from Good Moves Nigeria for his professional service on this side. I`ve been long enough in Nigeria to understand the daily challenges and he did a fantastic job all through and delivered Milo safely to our protocol at the airport.
I will make sure that all South Africans are aware of this excellent service and will definitely well recommend Global Paws on our "South Africans in Lagos" facebook page.
I will send you some pictures of our happy doggy in Nigeria very soon.
I would like to thank yourself and Jackie for all you did for us and assuring us that everything was going to be fine which it was. You have a great organisation and great people working there. Once we are more settled we will try and send you some pics.
Once again thank you for all you did for us.
Lots of love

Please accept this note as my sincere and heartfelt praise for the service and professionalism provided to me by Natalie Davis in shipping our two pets, Jagger and Rose to the UK. She was a joy to work with, friendly, courteous and maintained a high level of correspondence throughout the process. Her communication always conveyed warmth and provided me with absolute confidence in Global Paws ability.

We`re at our new home and everything is great. The cats are curious and happy and much more perky than me after an 11 hour flight. Thank you so much for everything. I will recommend Global Paws to all my friends and family.
We would like to thank you and the Team from Global Paws for what you did to make this possible.
Midge and Tickie arrived safe and sound.
We had no problems or irregularities with regards to getting them into Hawaii. Everything went smoothly.
Mike Taylor IT Support Engineer
Thank you so much for all the communication and assistance through this move – our pets seem genuinely happy to be with the family again – I had Gandalf out for a run with me this morning - I think my Mum was treating him a little too well and he has put on a bit of weight!!
When I get some pics I will send.
It was a great experience working with all involved, thank you again.

Just a short note to thank you for the arrangements you made on my behalf for Bertie`s travel to California. You will be pleased to know that he arrived on time and with no ill effects. His excitement on our reunion was just what I had hoped for.
Will you please pass on my thanks to all involved in Bertie`s relocation, everyone in the team played an essential part in making the whole operation a smooth running one, for which I am very grateful. Keep up the good work!
All the best,
The dogs arrived here on Saturday afternoon. They looked good and despite being a bit tired, appeared to be in good spirits.
They are settling well. Bolt is right at home but Tessa battles with the stairs. They seem to not mind the snow at all.
We are so happy to have them with us again. Thank you once again for your time with them and for taking such good care of them.
Pearly arrived safe and sound and as before, all went like clockwork with her arrangements.
We cannot fault any aspect of the service, once again Global Paws remain outstanding! Thank you so much for her third set of travel plans being carried out flawlessly.
Once again Global Paws provided absolutely professional, highly efficient and very friendly service. Our precious kitty arrived safe and sound in Jhb and I greatly appreciated the calls from the staff who met her at the airport (was his name Donovan? Sorry I should have written it down I`m so forgetful).
She`s settled back at Purrfect Place with Suzette, her Kitty Godmother - who recommended Global Paws for her.
We`ll post a pic on your website when we`re less hectic.
Take care and thanks so much to everyone at Global Paws again.
I wish to express our thanks and appreciation to you for all your assistance and support regarding the importation of Beau-Rex and Tinkles.
They have adapted very well and rediscovered their old scratching-holes, and one would hardly say they were away for nearly 4 years! The two white wooly dogs delivered by you, turned into various shades of red after delivery due to the red soil at home, needless to say they had a trip to our local doggy parlour and returned “naked” to adapt to the South African climate.

I just wanted to say a massive massive thank you to you and your team for
all you help with Marley. We`re back at home safe and sound! She`s so
chilled its quite amazing and feel very proud of her! Long drive back from
the airport too and she just takes it all in her stride!
It has been an absolute and total pleasure having you as Marley`s transport
guardians and I truly feel so grateful that not only was it made all so easy
for me (and her) but that you were also consistently happy to answer all my
many queries and worries! You`ve made it easy, straightforward and
reassuring from the start.
Was lovely picking her up at Heathrow, truly heart warming to watch everyone
else picking their pets up too! So I really wanted to give you a massive
personal thank you and although I hope Marley never has to fly again, I`d
never go to anyone but you guys.
Take care and with all my thanks. Have a great weekend!!!
I would like to thank you and your wonderful team for all your help. The worst part of the re-location, was putting the pets through the whole ordeal, but, with your wonderful service and compassion, Turi and Tikka arrived here, happy as can be (under the circumstances), on time, and in perfect health. I don`t know what we would have done without all your help and support. Please extend our grattitude to the rest of your team, and trust that we will be spreading the positive word, and referring friends/family to Global Paws` services
We will be taking some pictures of the babies over the weekend, and will forward you some, as requested
Enjoy the rest of your day, and, once again, THANK you!
Tehan Beyers & Bernard Hall
Thanks very much for your phonecall assuring us that the cats appear to be coping with their confinement. It has been such a pleasure dealing with you and our only regret is that we never got to meet you face-to-face
We were worried about the actual moment of separation but Donovan soon put our minds at ease. He is both competent and very, very concerned and we were completely happy with the way he handled our two pets.
Thank you again for all you and GlobalPaws have done for us over the past few months. We will let you know how everything turned out as soon as we have bailed Fuzzy and Cleo out of the Pussy Cat Lodge!
Steve and Fiona Friedrichs
Donovan has probably already called you, but just in case, I`m writing to confirm that he and Cooper arrived safely, around 4:30 pm. Cooper seemed bewildered at first, but after about 5 minutes, a light seemed to go off in his head and he started wagging his tail frenetically (like a helicopter whirl). :)
Donovan is clearly dedicated to his job and has a very good heart. :)
I will write more tomorrow and send photos.
Thank you for making this possible!
I just wanted to let you know that Spencer arrived safely and coped with the flight incredibly well, as I`m sure my mom already let you know.
The procedure at the airport took a while but it went smoothly and the cargo section were extremely helpful and nice. Spencer seemed to take it all in his stride and arrived in his little box purring!!! I could not believe it! I was expecting a traumatized little boy, but the only traumatized one seemed to be me! He was not too fussed at all really, in fact, he was extremely chilled and curios about his new home and had his little head glued to the window on the drive home, watching the Manhattan skyscrapers pass by on our way to leafy Brooklyn.
He is is settling in very well now and is ruling the roost here in our apartment already. He seems to be loving being with his mom and dad and just lapping up all the attention and treats, as you can imagine. He has slept in between us in bed every night, mostly with his head on dad`s shoulder and his bum in mom`s face!!! haha We have been taking him for walks with his harness and lead and he has already figured out which direction is home, so we let him lead the way so that he can get to know his `hood :-) Today he met his neighbor, Cody the dog. And he let that dog know who is boss! haha He is being very funny and adorable and playful and cuddly and we are so so SO happy to have him here with us. I want to thank you from the very bottom of my heart for handling the entire move in such an amazing way, we could never ever have done this without you. I have been absolutely terrified every step of the way and I am so grateful that we had someone as caring and dedicated as you to take us through the process. Now that I have my child here with me, my heart is full, our little family is complete and we have you to thank.
Please let us know if we can write a testimonial for you on your website, we are just so so grateful for everything you have done. I will also send some better pictures of spence in the next few weeks but here is a quick snap of him stretched out fast asleep on his new couch!
Carla and Ed
PS. I love the wooden box you sent him in, with the little door etc. i am planning to paint it a bright colour and fix it up as a little house for spencer, maybe put it in my studio for him.
Thank you so so much for everything that you have done, you have been absolutely amazing. I will email you later to let you know when Spencer is safe and sound at home, and I will send pictures. I am sooooo excited and also nervous - i have been on the edge of my seat since spencer boarded the flight, did not sleep a wink last night, it feels like the longest 16 hours of my life so far!!! haha But i`m sure it will all be over soon and he is going to be so spoilt rotten. The house is all ready for him, I`ve made little beds for him in all the cupboards and he has an assortment of food to choose from, tuna included! His dad is planning to go and get him kentucky fried chicken as a treat (much to his mom`s disgust.) :-)
Anyway, we are about to get going for the airport. Thanks again and I will email you later once we`re safe at home.
A big thank you to you and global paws from the Moodley family for making the transition back to South Africa trouble free.
I would like to extended a heartiest thank you to you for putting up with all my fears and always reassuring me that it will be fine.
I have attached some pictures of Benji and Sasha since they have arrived home.
Take care and all the best to you and Global Paws.
I wish you all the best for your future endeavours.
The Moodley Family.
Thank you so much for your assistance. All went well and Fraulein is very much ok at this stage. Trying to play with the kitten, which want nothing to do with her.
We were home by 2:00 and she ate a bit and slept under my bed.
She already accepted me and is lying at my feet all morning, when she ignores the kitten.
I will add pictures to facebook soon and tag global paws.
I will recommend glabal paws any time and make use of your company again. (I must import a male for her)
Have a nice day
The trip went well with no incidents. We were particularly impressed with the care provided in Frankfurt where at no time was Scruffy left in the cold while being taken off the plane and then placed again on our connecting flight.
A big thank you for arranging everything and ensuring that Scruffy arrived safely and happily at her destination.
Deirdre van der Berg
How can we every say thank you enough!
Smudge & Amber-Jade arrived at lunch time today, tired but in great spirits.
We took them for a walk to stretch their legs, they ate and have now passed
out in their new baskets. The service, care, kindness and peace that we
received from every member of Global Paws was truly special.
We thank you for bringing our family safely to us.
Chris, Lois, Smudge and Amber-Jade
It is August when we see a posting on the Stillbaai Animal Welfare Facebook page for Bilbo the Golden Retriever needing a new home. Bilbo is a five year old boy who’s family had to relocate to Mosselbay and they could not take him with. Being in Stillbaai and not near a major city made for a logistical nightmare on how to get Bilbo to a new home. That however was not going to deter us from helping him and we contacted Global Paws Pet Travel Services with a plea to help us move Bilbo to Johannesburg. Without hesitation they offered to move Bilbo to Johannesburg for us at no charge. It was a huge weight taken off our shoulders. With a wonderful home waiting for him in Irene Pretoria the nitty gritty of organising a day to move him was put in motion. On the 14th of September we waited like expectant parents for 7pm so we could pick him up at the airport. About 40 minutes after the plane had landed Bilbo finally came out of the cargo area and we were all huddling around his crate with “hellos” and “how are you boy” J Sanchi, his new mom, and her family all came to the airport to meet this butterball. Bilbo was thumping his tail in the crate and looked at all of us with a big Golden smile on his face. He was such a happy boy, even after having spent a long time in the crate, loving the attention and hugs. Ready to go home he jumped in the back of the car. With tears in my eyes I waved goodbye to Sanchi and Bilbo, knowing that he was on his way to meet his new Goldie sister and a life of new adventures.
Big pawsome thanks to Global Paws for helping us move Bilbo and especially to Bibi Hutcheons for all she did and working late on so many days to make sure everything was in place. To Sanchi van der Merwe and the whole family for giving Bilbo a fantastic new home.
Golden Retriever Rescue SA - Liezel
Today we picked up Snap in Atlanta and he is now at his new home.
Good job Global Paws. Everything went as smoothly as I could have imagined. Thank you.
Just to tell you that everything went very smoothly, Harper went through his great adventure in great style, and seemed to love every minute. We were cleared very quickly in fact before 9 a. m., in fact he came out of the Animal Reception Area where other people were waiting for their dogs, and treated them like long lost friends. Thankyou for guiding us through the whole process, and a big WOOF WOOF from Harper.
Thank you for your e mail. Gucci arrived safely and has already settled, She is beautiful. I will get Robert to take some photo`s of her and mail them
to you.The ones you sent us are fantastic.
The condition she arrived here in proves how well she was looked after and groomed. Thank you for everything.
Best wishes to you and your staff.
Sally and Roy Wing
Peanut is doing great, thank you for the great service in assisting us with these arrangements. I will try and get some photos and send them through.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Global Paws - thank you.
Have a stunning day.
The pets arrive safe and sound.
As a thank you, I wanted to let you know that I appreciate your professional attention to my numerous inquiries and constantly changing schedule. Shipping pets to the third world (Laos) isn`t easy, and can actually be quite stressful as you can imagine. The attention and obvious care that you and Global Paws showed during this dynamic timeframe for me was recognized, appreciated and made a very difficult situation all the more manageable. Please pass along to your supervisors my accolades on your outstanding management of my account.
We were so excited to see the cats on Friday, and they seem to have settled in well....although dying to get outside!
Thank you for a fantastic service. I will certainly recommend Global Paws to anyone needing pet travel. it has been a stress-free experience - makes all the difference having one less thing to think about with all the stress of the move!
Thank you so much
Chilli and Litchi arrives safe and sound in Brussels on Friday evening 20h00. It was a long 24 hours journey for them but they seemed fine and were very happy to be with us again. It has taken 2 days for them to settle in the new environment but they are doing very well.
Thank you for everything and a special thanks to Yvette for all her hard work over the months - it was not easy.
Michelle Whittemore - Tervuren, Brussels
Thanks for the note and for taking such good care of our Tombi. She arrived in Atlanta on time, safe and sound, no problems at all.
She is getting some rest and finding her way into the social system of the 3 dogs who live on the property where her new home is located. We all went for a walk in the woods this morning and from the looks of things, the 4 of them will be great buddies in no time! It is great having her with me again and we both look forward to having Jordan with us in a couple of weeks.
Thanks again for doing such a good job for us!
John Shealy (Jordan Dye`s husband)
Bella and Ginger arrived safely at their new home in Canada.
They were in excellent condition when they arrived in Calgary, even after a long flight.
They were happy to be re-united with us and whispered that you have taken good care of them.
I will post pictures of them in their new home on facebook.
Thank you for the professional way you have organized their travel and going the extra mile to ensure the animals are happy.
You guys were absolutely amazing! Doggie is 100% settled and was not at all phased by his travels.
Thank you SOOOO much and I will be happy to recommend your services to all and sundry
May your business, which understands the concept of service, go from strength to strength!!!
Thank you to you in particular for your excellent manner and professionalism.

Thank you for all the help I did receive from Global Paws. A very special Thank You to Toinette and Tracy for all the help they gave to the Cats and me. The cats have arrived at my home on Friday, 31 Aug 2012 at 16h00. They are still a little traumatized, Sebasti is already exploring his environment, but Lulu is very scared and is hiding under my bed. I believe they will settle soon and after a week or two they will be happy in the new surroundings.
Thank you again for all your help, assistance and understanding.
Warmest personal regards,
Marina L Minnie - Tripoli, Counsellor Political
Yvette and the rest of the Global Paws Team--
Thanks so much for getting our furry family members to us!! We had a couple of false starts in the US, but your whole team was so professional and helpful!!
Having our dogs here makes our new house feel so much like home.

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated all of your hard work getting Stewy to South Africa. I know he was an unusual case and I feel certain we could not have accomplished our move from the US without your expertise. We are so grateful to you.
Stewy LOVES it here! He has his own garden where he can chase lizards and bask in the sun. He also got some new wheels to help him get around :) The picture is below.
Thank you again,
Sherri & Stewy
Thank you, our cats are with us and everything went very smoothly. The guy who delivered them rang us and told us where he was every step of the way and was very kind and helpful.
It was a very fast and pleasant experience. I would and will recommend glowbalpaws to any breeder, family and pet lover.
My bull terrier puppy arrived safe and sound and is currently being spoiled to death as our new arrival to the family.
Just wanted to let you know that Kitty arrived safely without any problems. Getting her from customs was relatively simple and stress-free. She’s had a lot of difficulty adjusting to city life (we had a huge yard in Lesotho and she was outside a lot) but finally seems to have settled down.
Thank you again for all your help, especially with our last-minute vet issues. I appreciate your assistance and have been very happy with the service I received.
Thank you to you and the team at global paws for getting our puggies and cats safely to Kenya.
I can`t tell you how nice it feels to have the family back together in our new home - missed them lots.
I will defenitly come back to you when we moving again!
Have a great weekend!
Both doggies arrived safely yesterday evening in Managua. I took them as soon as we passed the paper work quickly to their new home which they are curiously exploring now. They arrived in astonishingly good health and fitness although they are still a bit confused and tired. They were extremely excited and obviously very happy to have us back. Then they drank tons of water before they got a big juicy bone each.
One question: did you send the vaccination passports of both dogs?? I could not find them on the boxes.
Once again thank you very much for your service and attention to this complicated transport process.
Thanks very much for the follow up email. We honestly cannot find any fault at all with our beloved kitty Pearly`s travel arrangements and must commend you at Global Paws, as well as BA-Comair, for ensuring she reached us safe and sound. Her carrier was great and she was offloaded first off the van that brought her from the aircraft to the cargo collection area. After very brief paperwork completion we were off with her very promptly from PE airport to home here in Jeffrey`s Bay. She was just shouting very loudly when the van arrived - just to remind us she thinks flying is definitely for the birds - but very well and in good spirits! Thanks again, we will gladly recommend you to anyone wishing to move their precious pets anywhere
Linda and Wayne Suttie
Hi sweetie this is Mr M! A very well travelled and happy passenger! No complaints sweetie even the vet down the road in Glenashley has heard good things about your company! Thank you and you can post the pics on fb:) we are battling with internet in this holiday flat so please can you do the uploading for me! Bless you and thanks again. Give Jacs my love. Mwaaaaaaah

I wish to thank you on behalf of layla and myself for organising a flawless move from SA to UK. We are all happy and contented with no problems. Photos to follow.
I just want to say a very big thank u to Global Paws and u Yvette also to Adriano what a fantastic person kept me informed at all times of what was happening to Sascha.
Sascha was a happy animal all the way and all I can say she was well looked after.
Sascha adapted very well to her new home without no problem, yes I will send some fotos.
Thank once more for the fantastic service.
Thank you for your very professional and friendly service.
You are very well organised, kept us up to date before, during and after the relocation.
The dogs travelled well and were very excited to see us in PE.
Will happily recommend your services to anyone wishing to relocate their pets.
Thank you so much for all your effort regarding Cloe travelling from JHB to Washington DC. Looking after her and all the love you gave her. She arrived safely Friday Morning 6/4/12, and is doing very well.
I would also like to thank Yvette and Izabella from the Admin department as well as Derrick, who collected my cat and being so professional.
Your service was outstanding and I will positively recommend your company to people.
Global Paws, you are a PAWsome team!
Jacob and Marcelle van Eeden
Just a quick email to thank you for delivering Chloe on Thursday.
It was a pleasure to have her delivered to me.
Thank you for your time and effort.
Thank you very much for an excellent service. Both my pets arrived safely in Zurich.
We are all trying to settle in. I will send you some photos as soon as I can. Just one problem, both animals veterinary books were not given back to us. I don`t know who to contact regarding this.
Edgar & Emelene Schulz
Thank you so much for the help and for getting the newest member of our Family Storm delivered to us In the United States (Houston, Texas)
I would just like to say a very big THANK YOU for all of your assistance in getting Spud and Mango to Doha. I was truly impressed by the service received from all of you and please know you certainly helped lessen the stress!!
Both kitties arrived happy and calm and have settled in very quickly to their new home.
I truly appreciate the care and personal service received from you.
Yvette, I will send some pics of the cats as soon as I can.
Thank you for your wonderful and professional service you provided to the breeder Susann Everett and myself. Madison arrived safely and just tooo cute for words. Your drive Derrick was extremely caring and patience with Madison.
A BIG THANK YOU!!!
Will send pic’s as soon as Greg can download them for me – not too long!!
Thank You for everything!!
I apologize for not contacting you
sooner. The cats are great and settled down immediately.
I must mention that Wed was most stressful. Like fools , we did not call Delta before to get an idea where we needed to pick up. We were sent to cargo where we received the papers, but when we got to customs they said that the inoculation papers were not there. The guy at cargo did not look at the other crate. Well you can imagine my panic .he them gave me another set ( only the micro-chip for Eros. I only realized this when we got to customs and had to return a second time-- 1mile away. We eventually got things sorted.
Your service was magnificent and i thank you ! I will certainly recommend you.
Best regards from the USA
Trust all is well with you.
Derrick just collected the originals documentation for all 3 Dogs. Apparently he will collect the Dogs on Friday morning as well. He is a good guy. I liked what I saw and very comfortable with the professionalism that you all conduct your business. Also most important the caring factor toward the animals that are relocated.
This makes me feel good that these beautiful Dogs are in very good hands.
Many Thanks again for the Great service.
How does one measure compasion? is it what we say, or what we do ?
Our experience with Global Paws was beyond our expectations when we moved from South Africa to Houston, Texas. We took our beloved Rottweiller Dazee and asked Dean of GLobal Paws to take care of our beloved child. What they did when Dazee was in thier care was just beyond words.
So to answer my own question, how did we measure compassion? Its in what Global Paws, Niel and rest of Team did for our Dazee that we measure it by. Thank you so much for your excellent care you showed her and all though she has passed away, the images you sent us in HOuston while she was still in your care not only settled us but made us sure we had chosen the RIGHT person to take care of her,
God Bless you all at Global Paws and especially you Dean for going beyond our expectations..
Warren James Searle
Just a word of thanks for all been done for out 2 little ones been send over the Canada.
They have arrived in Canada and are very happy.
Once again, thanks.
I just wanted to thank you for all your help in bringing my cats to Cape Town. They are safe and happy in their new home. I so appreciate everything you and the company did.
Thank you for the professional, friendly & all round excellent manner with which you dealt with the organisation, relocation and import of our 3 dogs (Molly, Maxi & Ducati) from Germany to Johannesburg.
From when we dropped them off at GK Air on Wednesday afternoon until they were delivered to our house yesterday they were obviously well cared for and looked after - they were all VERY happy to see us but obviously not upset by the whole experience as one of my Daschunds even went back into his crate to have a sniff around later that evening.
Once again thank you and if we ever have to fly worldwide again (though i hope not!) i`ll be sure to use both Global Paws, GK Air Freight & Lufthansa.
I have recently had a litter of puppies, many of whom went to homes outside of South Africa. I used Global Paws to get them to their destinations safely and can highly recommend their services. One puppy had to go out of the country via another pet transportation company and paled in comparison to the service received by Global Paws – in fact it was so awful I have now put in my breeding contracts that should puppies need to be transported out of South Africa it will only be done if Global Paws is the agent used.
I moved back to South Africa 3 years ago and brought my 4 adult Great Danes with me – again I used Global Paws and cannot rate them highly enough. Since then, I have imported another Great Dane from Germany using their services and it was a hassle and stress free experience. The consultants are always polite, eager to please and genuinely understand dogs and doggie people. It is a pleasure dealing with animal lovers who sincerely take the pet’s needs into consideration. All the paperwork is in order way in advance of the flights which means the animals have all cleared customs in South Africa and their destination countries with the minimum of fuss. I am truly grateful for the service their have provided me and the care they have given to my dogs.

I just wanted to say thank you delivering Rex safely to our premises today. It was a huge relief to see him safe and sound, especially after such a long trip. He was in a very good state when he arrived and obviously very excited to be reunited with his family again.
We really appreciate all your efforts. Thank you.
Donavan has just left. He is such a darling! Very gentle with the animals.
I got a bit teary and already I miss them.
Thanks very much for the info. We can`t wait for him to arrive this side. This last week has probably been one of the longest of my life.
My husband can`t wait as he hasn`t seen Ducqi for two months!
Please say a very big thank you to everyone that assisted in any way with the last 33 days that Ducqi was with you guys. You have all been amazing. If I look back to the start of this entire process, I was completely overwhelmed with all the documents, tests, innoculations, arrangements that had to be made. I did not think that a few months down the line I would be sitting writing this email and my boy would be on his way to us. Thank you does not even begin to express our gratitude for all that the team has done.
Stephanie a big thank you to you and Izabella for the assistance with the paperwork and getting all of the docs ready, getting Ducqi to the vet at the right time and all the other major logistical arrangments that you both manage in order to make my life easy.
A big thanks to Jacqui and Lloyd for the moral support and laughs provided at a time that is extremely stressful. I would love to see photo`s of Joey in a few months. I bet he has grown more in the last week...he is going to be a big boy.
Thanks to the guys who cleaned and kept an eye on Ducqi at the kennel. They were fantastic with him.
Last, but definately not least....a huge thank you to Tracey. You have a gold mine in her. She has an amazing way with animals and has a way of calming their owners as well. Thanks for the extra love and attention you gave Ducqi while he was there. I cannot begin to tell you how much it means to Adriaan and myself. Tracey, you have found your calling in life!
I would not have been as calm or confident in leaving my little boy for so long if not for the entire team. You guys do an amazing job and I will definately recommend you.
All of the best and may your team go from strength to strength.
Antoinette and Adriaan Swanepoel
Just wanted to let you know that Buddy arrived safely in Douala and we are now in our new home in Malabo.
Thanks for all your help.
Just in case you have another client wanting to transport their pet to Douala, here is what we had to do.
At customs collection in Douala they are quite full of nonsense and you have to be sure to have a lot of cash on hand (at least R5000). There are about 3 people that have to sign out the doggie and you have to pay them all a fee otherwise they refuse to let you take your pet.
Thanks once again for all your help, Buddy was so happy when he arrived and not traumatised at all.
Have a nice day!
Bambi arrived safely and was just exhausted - we took her for a run on the beach front and she came home and slept!
She seems to be doing fantastically!
Thank you ALL for everything - she is safe and sound and I think this trip allowed her to grow up a little......
Hugs and wagging tails,
Deb and family!
I just wanted to again thank you for the wonderful treatment Jake has received. Please let Donnavan know that we truly appreciate his care with Jake and sorry for the trouble at the border. We also feel really bad as we were so excited to take Jake home to the kids that we should have taken Donnavan out to lunch for all his trouble. Please apologize for us as we didn`t mean to make him feel unappreciated. Thank you all for the exceptional care Jake has received in getting him to his new home.
I am actually having a welcoming home party for them with the few people I know, mostly locally recruited Finnish staff + 10 with balloons, streamers, but no whistles because it irritates their ears. We are doing a big salmon on the Weber and some warm potatoes with cream and a green salad (Greek) with lovely bread done in the oven. All have been warned : “anybody steps on their tails leaves the party immediately”, “if they lick your glass, you keep quiet and nobody chases them away if they want to sit on any person’s lap.” True.
I’ll hug them from you and kisses on the cheeks from you and the staff at Global Paws.
Thank you for caring. They are my life, I shall always protect them fiercely.
Thank you for all your help, support and patience in bringing Bennett Puppy to my house today.
He arrived safely, was so excited that he dribble all over me. He fits in so nicely with the rest of the pack. As for the travelling, I’m sure he travelled well. No qualms there.
Pictures will be on their way soon.
Thank you once again. You will always be highly recommended by me.
Cate arrived in good spirits, though she was mad at me for three days. Happily, all seems to have been forgiven and she is doing great.
Thank you so much for all of your help. Very odd process, that we couldn`t have navigated without you.
Craig, Julie & Cate
Just let you know that we clear customs for these dogs smoothly and delivered them to Mr. Conchar`s residence at 20:30 on the same arrival date.
Many thanks again for your great co-operation on this shipment.
Hope we will have another chance to work together soon.
Vo Ngoc Hoang Hoa Operations Manager.
We are home! I was so relieved and happy to see them.
I was expecting them to be bewildered and panicky, but to my surprise they were quite relaxed. They just seemed extremely tired and a little bit “quiet”. Pax looks like he is in heaven and couldn’t care less where we are, he just seems happy to be reunited. Blake still seems a little weary of her new surroundings. I think it will take her a couple of days to find her “paws” ;). I will definitely email you a few pictures of them.
With your help, a process which seemed very daunting to me at first, became very “easy”. We were clear as to the sequence of steps we had to take and what the process would entail. (Not even the Italian Consulate knew what to do!) Yesterday was painless as well, although it was a little time-consuming. Everyone – from Beta Transfer to Customs to the Warehouse staff – were very helpful. They even escorted me down to the warehouse and helped me to load the dogs’ travelling boxes into our car, etc.
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for us. I was so nervous about the whole process, but your company made it so easy, and you did a wonderful job putting us at ease and calming our nerves. You answered all our questions and were very patient. Your service was friendly and efficient. It was exactly what we needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We will definitely make use of you again when we return to South Africa in the future.
Dr. Joanita Olivier
many thanks for assisting with the paperwork, flights and bringing the cats to Lesotho. It took a while to get everything sorted with all the persons involved but now both cats seems to be happy in their new home. Hope their are no problems once they are allowed to go outside. and if everything goes to plan, in 2 or 3 years I have to leave Lesotho and will see where my next destination is. Hopefully my cats are still fine by then and I will remeber Global Paws.
Thank you for everything you have done for Tom . He is well and safe in Mauritius .
Lexie made it to San Francisco safely. Thank you very much for all of your help!
Greetings from El Paso, Tx.
My wife and I are very happy for all your help, Global Paws are the best. Hunter and Sweet Pea arrived in great conditions. Please send our regards to all the people that work with you.
Oscar, Karla, Hunter, and Sweet Pea Martinez
Thanks for this, has been a bit hectic but your email pre-empted mine to you. Thank you so much for organising everything so very efficiently from the SA side.....your service was really excellent and I am very very happy with it, and will not hesitate to recommend your firm for work of this kind.
Dogs arrived happy, healthy and in excellent condition and have settled very well....
Thank you again!
Tim Tam is safe and sound with her grandparents and is finding the Gauteng lifestyle to be ok, if not VERY different from the Australian outback.
She has a room all to herself with a big window, so she can talk to the birds in Australian, while she is "recovering" from her long journey.
Thank you very much for your brilliant service and for making the whole experience as fun as it could be.
I have attached 3 pictures of Tim Tam, so you can pick and choose, (I only hope she does not develop an eating disorder now that she is a model!)

Thank you for a terrific service!
First and foremost I have to thank Cesar for going out of his way to assist us – he helped us get some necessary documents notarised at the last hurdle, without which our doggies would still be in customs. 10/10 for his service!
The biggest issue you can maybe review is earlier communication (and possibly an offer of assistance) re the documentation required in the destination country. In Chile a person needs notarised EVERYTHING! He he he.
If we hadn`t had Cesar to assist, it would have gone badly, especially with the language barriers.
The doggies are doing fine, although Roxy has blood in her urine. We are keeping an eye on her just in case, but eating and especially drinking very well.
Of course the whole neighbourhood knows they are there by now – he he he.
Once again thanks for the great service all round – I will definitely recommend you to all expats!
I cannot begin to thank you enough for your assistance with locating and caring for my dog over the past several days. He is very exhausted, but all and all seems to be doing okay. I am sure he will be back to his normal self in just a few days. Please let the other members of Global Paws who assisted with his care know how grateful I am. Claude Tomborely has also raved about your customer service. Without the assistance of the Global Paws staff, this might not have ended so well.
I just wanted to send a big THANK YOU to everyone for your help in getting Puma to Santiago for us. I know it turned into a bit of a headache for all, with the weather delays and such.
Thanks especially to Stephanie for making the arrangements for the extra kenneling and such!!
Thank you again for all your efforts in collecting Tristan. She is happy there and Danny is happy to have some company. I am currently enroute to Johannesburg and am awaiting a flight from London. It is very exciting to know that I will be in Johannesburg in the morning to meet Tristan and Danny.
Thanks again for your help during this critical transition for myself and for Tristan.
I really do wish I could meet you in person and give you a hug. This has been quite stressful but you have been amazing with all of your help and attention.
Would be happy to send pictures and most definitely you may share on your website.
Do you have a phone # or contact person so that we can find out what the handling charge is at IAD.
Thank you so much
They are doing well, given the circumstances. we visit them every day for an hour atleast.
Once again, thanks for all the assistance in getting them this side. Please thank the driver for me as well, he was fantastic with them.
Sorry it`s taken so long, but my husband only arrived yesterday and it`s a bit difficult getting a picture of Monty and Bella together by myself....Let me know if the pic is ok - otherwise we`ll try to take some more...
Here`s the comment that you`re welcome to use:
"Global Paws - and in particular Jacqueline and Stephanie, were wonderful in helping us move our pets from the USA back to South Africa. They`re obviously used to dealing with stressed pet parents! I found them very knowledgable on all import requirements, and extremely helpful when dealing with out of the ordinary situations. Thank you! This picture is taken in our temporary accommodation where both Bella and Monty are doing just fine."
It is with great pleasure that I wish to convey my appreciation in the professional way in which your consultants perform their daily functions.
I do wish to convey special thanks to one of your Consultants; Stephanie Olivier, we deal with her on a weekly basis, she is always a pleasure to work with, from her enquiry process all the way to final liaising after departure, she is a true asset to your company, and wish other agencies would be as efficient.
Thank you to you, your team and Stephanie for the professional service you offer.
Thank you for supporting MASKargo through these difficult times.
We look forward to your continued support in 2011.

Just want to thank you once again with your assistance in relocating my pets. I received excellent service from you guys!!!
Wishing you well.
Just wanted to let you know that our Labrador arrived safely in Los Angeles from Johannesburg.
My wife called many places for our doogies trip to America and the following company was the only one that met our expectations and demands for our “precious” cargo!

She was happy to answer all our questions (and we had many).
We also went out to visit the kennels and brought a crate home so that our labby could get used to it before travelling.
They made the experience a pleasant one under very stressful circumstances.
Should you want any other information we will be happy to help, otherwise Stephanie or any of the other staff at Global Paws will be able to assist.
Please keep in touch and let us know how it goes!
Bella is doing great, thanks to you all!! It was a relief to receive her at home and all went well! she has taken over the house and the dogs!!!! Typical cat! Thank you once again for all paperwork and especially during the festive season!
All the best for the new year and we will certainly recommend you!
Thanks so much for this excellent Customer Service you`ve provided for
Zach and we appreciate it well.
Expecting to come here in JNB and come to our Agency someday!
Zach is in perfect health now despite of that long tiring travel.
Thanks for all your assistance, unfortunately the new owner will not pay your fees and as I said I have learnt a lot form this!! From now on any other litters I breed will have to go through Global Paws or not take the puppy as the other pet carriers are just not up to standard. This one is going with Jet a Pet (against my wishes) but I will write into my contracts from now on that I will only use Global Paws
Have a wonderful Easter weekend and if you ever need recommendations or references please do not hesitate to contact me. We have brought in 4 fully gown Great Danes from the UK and one 7 month Great Dane pup from Germany and exported one pup to Tanzania and the experiences were all great and well worth any extra fees
Thanks so much!
Heard that Ronnie arrived safely! Thank you so very very much for all your hard work – to both you and Stephanie. You all did a fantastic job, it went very very smoothly, our client was very very happy.
Thanks for a great job!!! Well Done!!
Jacqui from HOBDAY EQUESTRIAN ENTERPRISES
I would like to extend to you my warmest appreciation for the excellent way in which you handled the relocation of my collegue, Hannie van Loggerenberg’s cats to Finland.
The two creatures arrived yesterday, both fit as fiddles and stretching their paws through the carriers to their mother that they had not seen for some time.
The two cats have been treated to fresh salmon and slept in Hannie’ s bed last night.
Hannie says it was as if they had never been separated at all. Animals are so wonderfully forgiving.
It is a wonderful ending and I am sure it will make a great difference to Hannie’s life.
Once again, thank you so much for all you expert assistance, and please make sure you forward this message to your manager from me.
With warmest regards
I can not put into words how thankful I am, the kitty cats are settling in - they flew well, will definitely take pictures for you and email a proper thank you and pop in all the details when I have a moment to brew and my brain works...*laughs* you were so right it was definitely me who needed to calming coller *sheepish grins*.
Huge hugs to you and your teams
Christine, Leila and Slate.
Diablo travelled from JNB to Namibia on the 12th of December 2011:
Thank you SO MUCH our little boy has arrived :) and was looking good,
Thank you all for all your work in getting him here. I will send pictures as soon as I can :)
Just to let you know that the dogs arrived in good health at Cape Town airport and fortunately were there when we arrived to collect them. Many thanks to you and especially Donavan for the fantastic service you gave in the movement of Bess and Sheba, unfortunately they cannot speak, but they didn’t seem at all traumatised by their experience and seemed to travel well. They are now happily settled in their new home on a beautiful farm in Elgin and I’m sure they will be fine, although it may take me some time to adjust.
Many thanks and kind regards
Wendy de Beer
Just to let you know our `girls` have arrived safe and sound and very calm. They are both busy investigating the house going from room to room. I have made up their own room for during the day but of an evening I will let them out into the house as its all locked up and it gives them a chance to wander around themselves. I would like to say I was very impressed with Donovan the driver and how he handled my cats even thinking to face the carriers in front of each other during transit so that they could see each other.
Thank you all so much for your assistance and professionalism during a somewhat stressful time. Working in the animal welfare industry as an Inspector I will for sure recommend you to anyone who may ask as to how they can safely transport their animals when moving. My mum who runs her own first class boarding cattery (Cat Manor) in Phalaborwa has asked for you to send her some leaflets of your company so that she together with the local vets can recommend you for animal transportation.
Thanking you again
Very Warm Regards
This is to say a big thank you to you both and to let you know Kaiser and Butch are very healthy and happy in their new home.
There were no problems other than the small hiccup with the paperwork at Johannesburg. If asked I will fully recommend both Foredowne and Global Paws an excellent professional service, thank you.
I will get Mariann to send you some pictures and facebook address.
Thanks once again,
Steve, Mariann, Alicia Kaiser and Butch.
Yes, everything went smoothly. Oblivious to the stress Becky and I went through, Izzy arrived with her tail wagging. Thank you so much for all your help and reassurance. She has settled in nicely and we`ve already been on some long walks in the parks and dams. We will take some photos when Becky arrives in SA next month, that way the whole family can be in it.
Thanks again Toinette, we will recommend Global Paws to anyone thinking of immigrating.
Hope that you are all well!
Just a quick note to say a very BIG thank you for all of your help in getting Maya and Harley from Dubai to South Africa. The gals reached home safely on Friday evening - none the worse for wear, but somewhat tired.
Thank you all very much once again for your help in getting my precious cargo safely home.
Have a great week!
Kirst, Maya & Harley
Thanks you so much for bringing our boys back home to us in the Netherlands. They are doing really well in their new home and adjusting to our other dog as well, a 12 year old mix Lab. I’ll ask one of our suns to send you a few photo’s we took a.s.a.p. It’s a bit complicated for me to do that. I’ll send mails and answer them. We’re very happy to have them back where they belong. At home with us, so the family is complete again!
Please say hi to all the other girls at the office we were in contact with at first. Thanks again and have a great day.
Good luck with everything.
Big hug from Julius and Quintus
Heleen and Rolf Wilting.
Hello Toinette and all the other girls at the office,
At last!!! Here’s the promised picture of Julius and Quintus in the Netherlands. Getting use to the cold weather and doing great! Also having fun on their 4 to 5 walks a day together with our 12 year old dog Koen. So, no worries but just a lot of joy. Again, thank you for everything you did for the “boys”, and you did it well.
Heleen and Rolf Wilting
Many thanks to you and staff at Global Paws,
Mickey would seem to have had an uneventful trip and Su
says she was in fine form, we shall see her in about 3 weeks time.
Bill and Sandra Stoddart
I am so sorry for the delay in replying but it has taken a little while to get up and running!
Max & Cleo arrived very safely actually on the day that we arrived. It seems as if KLM fast tracked them :-) There were absolutely no irregularities at all and Max & Cleo were so relaxed when they arrived that I can only imagine that it was a really smooth sail for them. They have settled in so easily into our new house - they had a sniff around for about an hour and then when it was time for us to go to bed, hopped onto the bed and made themselves comfortable! The next day they had a big appetite and were purring around the house. They have really enjoyed our new home as we have a number of squirrels and birds in the garden and they spend hours at the window! I have attached some pictures for you
A sincere thanks to you & Global Paws for making what is normally a rather anxious and stressful experience such a pleasure, easy & stress-free experience. It was such a pleasure dealing with you!
Our sincerest thanks!
Sam, Wayne, Max & Cleo
Thank you very much for managing the importation of Fudge. She is fine if a little bewildered of her new surroundings. A special thanks to your handler who I believe spent the day at the airport. Im sorry for that. Kenya Airways are not known for their time keeping!
I will ask Penny to send you some pics in the next week or so
Thank you so much for everything. They arrived safely and are currently wandering around their new home inspecting it
Everything was awesome and couldn’t fault on anything.
I recently used a pet travel company named, GLOBAL PAWS which was brilliant on getting my Dad’s puppy down from Durban to Cape Town.
They do local & International animal travel.
I highly recommend them if you have any pet travel needs. See their details below –

Email received with thanks .
Well Done on the transport of Louisa – she arrived safely at the Durban Cargo Airport in a secure spacious travel box with a substantial water bowl inside. She has settled down nicely and is adapting to her new environment and new doggy friends.
Many thanks for arranging to fix her Rosettes and Show Dog Certificates securely to the outside of the Travel Box – these arrived safely and were in a perfect condition.
I would not hesitate to recommend Global Paws – excellent service – thanks once again.

Great news !!!!.
Smokey and Skye arrived safely Tuesday afternnon, and we had them home by 8 pm.
Very strange to them, obviously, but happy to see us.
We could see them through the glass window at the aircargo section, and were both lying down
in their crates, feeling pretty sorry for themselves.
When we finally got out to collect them, we walked up quietly, and I said " Where`s my two big dogs".
Well they both perked right up, could`nt wait to get out of the shipping crates, and we walked them across
the car park to a grassy area, but it was freezing.
So, back to the warm car and home.
They sniffed around the new house, new furniture, and new sleeping cushions, and when it came time
for lights out, they both went and sat down, lay down, and didn`t even turn a head, when I walked
passed them to go upstairs.
i`m sure they`ll be even better when Kyle gets here on the week end.
I want to thank you for all you did, your servce and compassion to our two dogs showed no bounds.
We will not hesitate in advising people to utilize your services, for their moves, and again, many thanks.
I am just popping in to say THANKS A MILLION for all your support with Angel`s relocation.
Angel is settling in well & appears to be very happy and relaxed; none of this would have been possible if not for PAWS!
Wishing you many more happy Pet-owners :)
Have a fab weekend.
I just wanted to thank you one last time for all your hard work, your attentive manner of dealing with all of our needs and requests, and finally for your compassionate professionalism.
That said, just to let you know that the babies arrived all in one piece and we are all over the moon to be a happy and complete family again. We are all excited about moving in to our new home in the coming week. They seem no worse for their LONG trip.
Kitties have just been collected
I know that I am probably repeating myself but its more to make sure that I am mentioning it.
I have given your driver 2 sleeves with the detail forms for each of my cats as well as their vet cards. Obviously they will only be put into their travel boxes tomorrow so if you can just make sure the sleeves get attached to them that will be great!
Can I ask that you fill me in on any news you hear of them? Like when they leave and when they land...if you get that...I have already asked Bev, the new owner to give me a shout when they are home safely.
Thanks again so much for your wonderful service and help, you guys are great!
Lauren du Preez
Thank you thank you thank you for arranging this sooner than the 20th of September. You have been absolutely amazing. Thanks too for always keeping us in the loop.
I trust that all is well with you and yours.
I just wanted to drop a mail to thank you again for all you did. Now that our dogs are back we forget how much of stress we were under. We are so happy and having so much fun with them. My boy stole a whole 500g of butter from the kitchen and ate it the other day.
Thanks so much again and God bless you.
We do have our babies safe and sound!!! They are super tired, but very happy to see us. I think everything went super well! Sanford (the older guy) got sick on the flight, but at 14, I think that`s to be expected. Dennis at Dandie Kennels made the transfer SUPER easy. They even cleaned their cages and gave the doggies a bath before we picked them up! I would say that you may hear complaints about where the kennel is located and how it looks on the inside (its a bit dodgy), but the staff were friendly and definitely showed care and concern for my doggies. I have nothing at all to complain about - only praise for them and for Global Paws for making the dogs return super easy and relatively stress-free! The only concerns I had centered around Sanford`s welfare and I`m so happy that he arrived happy.
I will find my camera and take pics tomorrow once they`re a little more excited - ha!!!
Again, thanks a million. I know we`ve gone back and forth on many, many emails and I really appreciate the care and patience you have shown me, my husband, and my dogs. I will be submitting a formal recommendation to our HQ in Atlanta as well as in Pretoria to let them know how easy it was to work with you and how great you were!
My very best wishes to you and yours!
We have picked up Maggie and we are doing all well! THANK YOU very much for all help. This is just a quick email just to say that Maggie has arrived safe and we are all doing well. I will email yu in about a week, when I get settled down here and let you know my entire expierence. Since Maggie has arrived safe and well, it has been a total success and for the 1st time shipping a dog, things were done in a very professional manner. As I said, I will email you later to let you know my entire experience .
Thank you for everything!
Jesse, Natasha and Maggie Geston
We now have our broadband up and running at long last so I can reply.
Nougat is well and here in Napier with us.
She travelled very well and "survived" the quarantine experience
We visited her once during the 10 days and then picked her up on Saturday the 10th - she was very happy to get out!
The kennels were very good and she was treated very well.
Thank you very much for the excellent service
All’s well here in in Keirio Valley in the Great Rift Valley of Western Kenya.
The flight, and especially Shadow’s travel, went exceptionally well and smoothly. Thank you, Yvette, for your help. I know you were very ill and trust that you’re on the mend now. I felt awful phoning you at 5am on a cold and frosty Johannesburg Sunday morning, but you kindly helped reassure us that Shadow was already at OR Tambo Airport Cargo. Shaleen sms’d me as soon as the kitty was on the flight and we were relieved and grateful Global Paws kept us informed until he was safely on his way.
We had a wait of about two hours and forty minutes at Jomo Kenyatta International while we waited for Alex, AGS Frasers International to clear Shadow with the East African customs and state vet. Then suddenly he and a helper arrived with Shadow still safely in his [Global Paws] travel box and we could see him for the first time since leaving him at Michelle’s beautiful kennels in Krugersdorp. As we didn’t stay over in Nairobi, Alex was a little concerned that we’d not get Shadow onto the domestic flight we were booked onto for El Doret. However, I spoke to the official, Manashe, at the check – in counter (I did this well ahead of time to safe frustration and confusion) who said we’d just pay for Shadow as excess baggage. Once we were due to check in, they weighed him still safely in his travel cage, and we paid KES650/R65 for him. Manashe then personally wheeled Shadow to the aircraft, (they don’t place a life animal on the luggage conveyor belot) where he was loaded last into the luggage hold which the captain depressurised as well.
Once we landed in El Doret, our company driver collected us and we drove the last 72 kms of horrific gravel road down to the mine camp where we live. When I opened the cage in our home, Shadow had been in the cage for 17hours. He met Ginger, a cat which we inherited here in the camp and within another hour, we couldn’t believe this little cat had travelled more than 5000kms from one part of the African continent to another. He didn’t miss a beat!
As you know, on 13 October , 2010 we flew him down from Khartoum to Johannesburg with Global Paws and all went well on that trip as well. In July 2006 I flew a cat out from Bamako, Mali, West Africa to Johannesburg and also used Global Paws. When the time comes, and our contract ends here in Kenya, we will use AGS Frazers International, Nairlobi, and Global Paws, Johannesburg, SA, to fly both our cats from Kenya back home to SA!
Thank you Global Paws and AGS Frasers for the wonderful, hassle free and especially (for our baby, Shadow-cat) the stress free manner in which you handled all the travel arrangements.
Bless you all.
Jo, Grant and Shadow Hedges
Sam and Chloe arrived safely on Friday.
On behalf of all of us, we just want to thank you for getting them here safely. We glad to have them back with us. I know we troubled you alot, but we glad they are fine.
Please also pass our regards to Tracy.
Ansuya, Abinav, Sam and Chloe Moodley
Thank you so much for all the love you gave to our baby, thank you so much for everything.
We can`t wait tomorrow!
Have a wonderful evening
I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help with Maggia. Sorry I never got to meet you when I fetched her to say thanks to you personally. It really was always a pleasure dealing with you.
I meant to send this earlier just been so hectic with our move.
Thanks again. Keep well.
Mary said that your man collected my babies very nicely and they were really happy with their accommodation. Thanks so much.
Have a nice weekend.
Thanks for these photos. Your babies are too adorable. I love your dogs who are very different. Is the one an Australian ranch dog? (I may have the breed wrong) but your cat is something special too. Is he/she old? You can see your pets own you. Like some people I know who dragged a cat all the way from North Africa to SA! (ha!)
We had a wonderful agent with the airlines in Khartoum. We waited in his office (from 11.30pm until 2.30am) until Shadow was ready to be taken through customs. There we left him with another agent who assured us that they are trained in Ethiopian airlines how to deal with animals. They are used to transporting cats, dogs, cattle and camels from Khartoum to other parts of the world. He was impressed with the cage. He says they had an accident with a flimsy cage a few months back and the cat escaped. The whole airport staff chased the cat and caught him eventually. Only when it arrived at the destination, the owner said it was not her cat! Imagine not using a decent cage? Like the type Global Paws supplies!
While we waited in Addis Ababa, I asked the airport staff to check whether Shadow was being transferred to the plane due for SA. She did and said he was. When we arrived at the plane in the bus, Grant pointed to a pile of luggage under the aircraft and said “there’s the cat!” I dashed across the tarmac; of course I was stopped by security, but when he heard I wanted to check on my cat, he took me to see the little guy. Shadow, whose medication was wearing off slightly, was crouching in the back of the cage and hissing at all who looked into the cage. He recognised my voice as I called to him but then I had to leave. I watched them place his cage on the conveyor into the hold. Phew!
Yvette, thank you very, very much for the way in which you help for dear little Shadow to get into SA safely. Donavan says he’s received cats from other countries but never from Ethiopia. I didn’t say we’d come from even further north! Shadow was very calm when we travelled home to the Free State. By the time I let him out in our bedroom at 8pm, he’d been in the cage for 21 hours.
He is settling in well. He is still indoors although he’s met a few of the other cats. My Marquard felines are quite old and rather fat and sleepy. I take Shadow out into the garden on the leash with the dogs locked in the garage. We have 20 minutes in the morning and 20 in the evening. He is gradually learning what grass is and has already had a scratch in the soil under the shrubs, sat in it and jumped out again without doing anything! You can imagine how much sniffing he does. I have three neutered male cats, excluding him, who spray on the bushes. So many signatures have to be checked by Mr Shadow of Khartoum!
We may be (probably will be) going to West Africa sometime in the New Year. Do you transport animals from SA to other countries? We’d like to take Shadow back with us and of course, bring him back to SA when we finish our contract there in two years’ time.
Blessings and kind regards
I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH NIKKIE’S RELOCATION, IS NOW SETTLED IN THE NEW PLACE AND DOING WELL
I just wanted to record my heartfelt thanks for both the service that Global Paws carried out so excellently, from start to finish, and your own personal part which was both reassuring and very cordial. There is a part of all of us that cannot help but think that Murphy Law really is a Law and that if things can go wrong, then they certainly will, so I was amazed that it all went so apparently smoothly (I know you weren`t amazed, but you are the professional).
I`ll let you know how Knut and Bolt are faring as soon as we`ve been able to make our first visit. In the meantime, I would obviously have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and colleagues (and already have). In addition the BSPCA - from where Bolt sprang, fully formed and very nervous - have asked me to write an article about the experience when we`ve got settled and I`ll mention Golden Paws by name if it`s allowed.
Couple more cat attachments.
P.S. Regards to Donovan - he did a first class job and was suitably discreet when he must have noticed my emotion. It was much appreciated, because where I`m from in England, men don`t manifest public emotions (unless they`re a New Man, which I would need chromosome regeneration to become)
I wanted to bring this for your attention because;
The way Toinette, organised the flight and delivery of the injured Staffie Puppy I took over from a vet in Durban, in such a short space of time, was unbelievable ( Puppy was attacked by Pit Bull and would have been put down because of heavy vet bill)
If only we all had staff like her and Bonnie of Millennium Travel , South Africa would not be known as a Country where good service, is unheard of.
Toinette, will send pics when Diesel, is better. He has to have more surgery tomorrow.
...While we were in the transit lounge in Nairobi I happened to look out of the window onto the apron and lo and behold I spot a little tractor pulling a lonely trailer with a little pink box. The babies were safe and being loaded onto the JHB flight in front of our eyes!!
I had purposely arranged the onward flight to Durban with six hours transit time, enough to clear the cats and get them onto our same British Airways flight to Durban where I collected them safe and sound.
I must tell you that these are one owner cats, very temperamental and totally freaked out. They hate everyone but ourselves.
These two trips have actually worked for their benefit as they are a lot less nervous now and have realised that their lot in life is having jet setting owners. They are in their sixth home in six years now.
So they seem to have adapted the policy of “when in Rome do as the Romans do”
I just wanted to say that I will never forget your kindness and support in the dark hours.
Wishing you a wonderful 2011.
Just want to give you both a big huge thanks for your assistance, support and help with Roxy
Roxy was delivered at my family home safe and happy.I spoke to my daughter at 3:30am Brisbane
time. She was so happy to see Roxy, she start crying.
I will be joining my family and Roxy at the end of March
Thanks again for the excellent service,I will always recommend you guys to anyone in need of this service
Just a quick update to let you know how the cats are doing. Both seem to have settled down well and are busy destroying fabric and carpets and getting used to the stairs (we had a bungalow in Botswana). We are gradually introducing them to the outside, but this was slowed after the first time when both quickly gauged the limits of the garden and decided to go over the fence. Only Knut returned, with Bolt disappearing for over a day, causing anguished speculation that he had ended up as a fox`s lunch. He strolled nonchalantly back the next evening to much relief and a rapid depletion of his food bowl. We have let them out since with no problem and we have to see when and if we can afford an electronic catflap, so they can come and go as they please.
Thanks for everything you did in getting them here fit and well. They are now comfortably ensconced with attitudes deplorable in human beings, but very appropriate for cats.
Hope that you, your colleagues and the business are all doing well.
Dear Yvette / Rachael
Just a note to thank you ladies once again for a job done OUTSTANDING!!!
Many many thanks for ensuring that all went so smoothly!!! My babies are warm and have settled in nicely!!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
Bella Doepker arrived happy and well!
Amanda was very happy!
Thank you so much for a wonderful job!
We will use you every time!
What a great team!
Thank you sooooo much!
Scrappy is at home now...My kids join me to thank you for all the love he received. He looks so good!
Yvette was fantastic, thank her again from me. I was telling her you are probably so sick of my constant
contacting you ;-) And the grey hairs named after me lol.
I want to thank you and Global Paws for always responding to me with friendliness and respect, it is
very much appreciated! I hope that this relationship will be as wonderful at the end as it has been
since the beginning.
I will scan all Marley`s doc`s tonight and with that I will provide you with our address in America (which
we are so freaking happy about as we just managed to get the house last week Wednesday).
We can then do a final quotation and get the ball rolling. You can inform me of any details you need or
documents and what I should still be doing.
Greg and I will work out our timelines tonight and budget etc so we can get a clear indication on dates
each of the three of us will fly (we are all flying on different dates) and then provide you with a better
indication on dates.
There is a couple in Charlotte, North Carolina that will be sending their dog over in August of this year, I
think, or maybe sooner, and they have asked me to inform them on how the process has been with
Global Paws. I hope that I can refer another client to you ;-)
I have contacted MANY pet travel companies (was even referred to an South African company by an
American company) and was not impressed with any of them. Can you imagine I request a quote and
when it comes through the details of Marley is wrong, the place, the airport etc. and that is suppose to
instill confidence in me to send my child with them. I send questions and half of it gets answered and
the other half is not what I wanted to know. To me the most important thing (as I`ve told you probably
a million times) is for Marley to get to my front door in Raleigh, alive most of all ;-) happy and in one
piece! This move is a massive move but will not be complete without my boy and I don’t really think
the other companies get that.
Anyways, thanks again, really, for everything you have done so far.
Will mail details asap.
P.S. I will try send some more pics of Mr. Moose Bear ;-)
I believe you are very well. I`m doing very good thank you.
The doggies are now gone, didn`t think I would but I miss them, and I must say things are very dull without them here.
But anyway, it was great to work with you. You are a stunning person and would like it to meet you one day. You helped me alot with everything and must say thank you for all your help. It always made me calm to hear from you, and to hear that everythings is still good. When I was stressed that something still needed to be done. Ha ha
So thank you very much for everything.
Thank you does not do it justice for all that you and Global Paws did to prep myself and my fur babies for their big flight across the Atlantic. I am grateful for your professionalism and for your efficient yet warm communication.
When Stitch and Timber arrived in Toronto, via Amsterdam, they still had some water in their dishes and their crates did not contain urine or feces. VERY CLEAN! And, they still contained the clothing items that we had attached to the crates to remind them of our scent. I was beyond impressed.
They have settled in very well and are loving the winter here...we are just waiting for some snow here for a white Christmas.
May you and your family have a beautiful holiday. I will proudly recommend your company to any future immigrants/emigrants.
All the best,
Hi Everyone at Global Paws

Shinzo is home and has adapted very well. We are thrilled with him!!!
When I let him out of his cage at the airport he seemed completely unaffected by the trip – remarkable!
Everything from Global Paws side was perfect. Dean is a gentleman and did his job perfectly. Please offer him my thanks!
I will send pics soon.
